    A sanity saver!
    It calms my little one so well int he evenings when his colic kicks in. We put him in his swing with this in his little stereo and he goes right to sleep. It even calms him at times that he gets fussy during the day. I don’t know what it is about the sound of a vacuum, but he loves it.

    Vacuum Cleaner White Noise features an hour of noise generated from a vacuum cleaner. The sound editing is good, despite the monotony of the noise, and it is not loud or irritating. I have a particular fondness for vacuum cleaners. They’re cute. This is much better than letting an actual vacuum run for an hour. I enjoy it as background noise while studying and driving. I am not sure whether the sound is looped somewhere in the sixty minutes or if it is an unbroken recording. While listening, I picked elements of air flow, motor, and subtle hissing. There is a sort of rhythm to it.

    Finally some sleep!
    I have this on repeat on the iPod and it has helped my three month old son sleep longer for naps and for stretches at night. Much les expensive than white noise machines.

    A Vacuum Miracle!
    The calming effect this has on my newborn is nothing short of amazing. This works better then the sleep sheep and any other white noise device we have tried.

    It works great! Not just for a colicy baby.
    I usually cut on the fan and turn it away from me when I need to drown out neighbors or just need to be lulled to sleep but this works so much better and no air. Plus I can adjust the volume.

    3 month old baby
    I am a mother of a 14 week old baby and we use this every day. Our baby is a fussy baby, a little diva! I do not know why the sound of a vacuum does such miracles but it does. It puts her right to sleep. One of our challenges has been getting her to sleep thru the night. She wakes up at 2 am for a feeding and her sleep afterwards is very sporatic. We use the vacuum white noise and she gets another 3 hours of sleep.
